Where's The Menu?

We offer specialized meal prep services that are made specifically for YOU, so there's no "one size fits all" menu. We take your food preferences, dietary information, and health/fitness goals, and curate unique meals to fit YOUR goals.


When Are Meals Delivered?

Deliveries are made every Sunday and Thursday evening. Orders MUST be placed by Thursday at 8pm for Sunday deliveries, and all new customers MUST start on a full week of deliveries, which always start on Sunday.


How Do The Subscription Payments Work?

Subscription payments are made to simplify your meal prep plan experience by avoiding the hassle of remembering to pay for your weekly meal deliveries. When you order a subscription meal plan, the first payment will be made once the order is placed, and you will be billed every 7 days from that first order payment. As long as your subscription is active, we'll keep the meals coming!


How Do I Opt Out Of My Subscription?

You have the ability to opt out of your subscription plan at any time. Just sign into your account and hit the "Manage Subscriptions" button. There, you will have the option to cancel your subscription plan. 

Pauses and cancellations must be submitted before our weekly deadline which is every Wednesday at 9:00 PM. After our cutoff time, orders enter the production schedule and are unable to be removed. Refunds will not be issued for meals in production.


If I Buy A Single Plan, Can I Upgrade To A Subscription?

Absolutely! If you'd like to make the switch from a single week plan to a subscription meal plan, simply place an order for whichever subscription plan you're interested in. This will automatically enroll you in a subscription that will begin in the next scheduled delivery. (see above)
